Prism Vault: delete your data
The current offline testing version does not create an online game account. Follow the instructions below for the information you want to remove.
Game progress on Android
Open Android Settings → Apps → Prism Vault → Storage → Clear storage, or your device's equivalent controls. This erases local progress, coins, settings and unlocks. We cannot restore this offline save from a game server.
Browser demo progress
In your browser settings, remove the site data for ztragames.com. This clears the demo's local progress and saved timer. Device or browser backups may need to be managed separately.
Support messages or a private online test
Email taeserztra@gmail.com with the subject “Prism Vault data deletion”. Tell us whether you mean a support conversation or an account used in a separate private test. Include a support identifier if you have one; do not include passwords, sign-in tokens, identity documents or payment details. A parent or guardian should handle a child's request.
Requests are reviewed manually. We may need limited additional information to locate the records and verify entitlement. We will explain any specific legal or dispute-related reason for retaining particular information. Uninstalling does not remove prior online test records or support emails.
This opens your email app. A request is sent only when you send the email. See the privacy policy for retention and provider information.
